Bridging the gap of brand values and offerings to best engage with consumers.
My previous role was to launch, lead, manage and equip the Sales
force to implement and achieve specific trade Marketing
& Distribution objectives of the RRP portfolio in line with the
Regional Operational Plan. I was tasked to oversee and
manage 2 Area Managers, 9 Sales Reps and a team of 23
promoters together with all marketing and activation
activities within KZN and the Eastern Cape. Created
innovative ways of engaging with consumers, how we
targeted them and venue specific initiatives.
