Description

Gijima is recruiting 2 x Client Liaison/Client Relationship Interns, one for their head office in Midrand and one for their office in Durban.

THE CRITERIA IS AS FOLLOWS:-
• Candidates must have completed a 3 year tertiary qualification – degree or national diploma in
business or marketing.
• Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, e-mail, internet.
• Knowledge of customer service will be an advantage.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clear credit (ITC) and no criminal record.
• Candidates must currently be unemployed.
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program or enrolled
with another tertiary institution.
• Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) or in Durban – relocation is NOT an option.
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2023.
• Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, Indian, Coloured

Skills required

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Possess excellent command of the English language.
• Outgoing personality.
• Presentable and well dressed.
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationship and ensuring that they are satisfied with the
company’s service.
• Act as a point of contact for clients to address their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Addressing client concerns and complaints.
• Keeping clients informed of new products and services and changes within the company.
• Collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to assist in the development and execution
of sales strategies.
• Ensure that client needs are understood and expectations are met.
• Daily monitoring of the client’s procurement portal and responding to request for quotations.
• Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
• Assist in tracking sales activities through the internal Sales portal and to analyse data to identify
opportunities for improvement.
• The successful candidate will be the face of the company.
