Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams to achieve their objectives.

You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and assisting in reducing the administrative load on the sales team.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

 

 

 

Skills required

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and, ideally, CRM software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing data, including customer information, sales figures, and campaign performance metrics.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
