I have a passion for marketing and I enjoy working with diverse teams. I am skilled in business strategy, negotiations, motivational sales and marketing presentation and always enjoy seeing carefully thought out ideas come to life. I have experience in managing teams, project management, sales and selling, Public relations, communication, cordinating of events, sourcing of sponsorships and overall business and marketing strategy. It is with this experience that I founded Be Understood Marketing and Be Understood Development.
As much as I have enjoyed the challenge of entrepreneurship I am now looking to be a part of a larger more established organization offering new challenges personally while affording me the opportunity to play a role in taking a company to new heights.
Education
I further expanded my qualifications in marketing management when I studded towards a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with The Institute of Marketing Management.
I did a higher certificate in marketing management with IMM the institute which is based in South Africa, Joburg
I studded marketing with LCCI, The Institute based in London
Experience
I was a Sales Representative at Fastside Motors doing the following duties, quotations, receipting, stocking, inhouse and outdoor communication as well as calling and receiving calls
I was an Assistant to the Marketing Officer doing the following duties, cordinating of events, inhouse and outdoor communication, advertising, liasing with media, sourcing sponsorships, brand enhancement and selling Institute products.
I was a Student admin at IMM doing the following duties, assisting students, selling institute products, receiving calls, receipting money for fees payments and inhouse and outdoor communication
