I have A Marketing Diploma IMM and further obtained a computer certificate and debt counseling certificate, broad experience and well developed competencies as a Marketing Assistant ,accounts administration, legal collections and credit control, document management, data capturing, maintaining a filing system to file and retrieve documentation. I have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge and skills in telephone etiquette and experience in working as part of a team, target driven, and discipline and self-motivated. I have experience in handling complex complaints.  I have advanced knowledge of collections, invoices, billing statements. Good verbal and written communication skills and broad knowledge of municipal systems e.g. experience SAP. I have broad knowledge of credit control and debt collections systems e.g.  Excalibur II & III, Debt Coll and tracing systems e.g. Cipro, Deed Search, CPB Tracing.
