Once all aspects of the business are understood then a valuation and sales plan is prepared. This plan drives a marketing effort will be put in place to find the right buyer. The business sale process includes screening buyers, negotiating the sales, contracts, raising finance for the purchase of the business, project management of the sale tranaction and training the new owner to manage the business successfully.
