He has experience as a Public Relations liaison for a Non-profit organisation and as a research writer for a online magazine.
He has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and Culture at Nelson Mandela University (NMU) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management at IMM Graduate School. Studying towards a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management at IMM Graduate School.

Experience
External Communications
• Facilitate the implementation of marketing projects and campaigns from initiation
• to completion
• Maintain consistency of branding across all marketing and advertising opportunities in line with Corporate Identity
• Gather relevant business, market research and insights that inform and guide the brand strategy and plans
• Translate business strategies into appropriate communications and content framework to position the organisation externally.
• Ensure that messaging is aligned and consistent with strategy.
• Prepares editorial coverage of key developments, events, projects for internal and external audiences
• Provide input and implement the Communication, PR Strategy and Plans
• Draft press and trade media releases, external messaging for the region
• Draft external presentations, web content etc.
• Maintain a database of up-to-date marketing content and messaging for the region, ensure filing of all media coverage and conferences
• Work with local media relationships or agency to drive awareness and positioning of the company
• Partner with business development and service lines to ensure their marketing and communications needs are met
• Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials for the region in line with brand standards for the region
• Support development of marketing and promotional materials for tradeshows, conferences and other client meetings
• Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.
• Work with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules, and delivery of materials to distribution vendor partner
• Manage external vendors and agency partners as needed
• Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payable
• Foster best practices and collaboration between countries by sharing and internal communication with department counterparts
• Help set up and improve workflow processes
Internal Communications
• Support the delivery of effective employee communications for the region that promote understanding of the business sector and Company goals
• Support the development and distribution of all internal leadership communications for the region
• Support the development and distribution of all regional internal content for intranet, newsletters, memos, webcasts, videos
