Experience
As a discovery store consultant my job description would be to service new and existing discovery members with any query they may have in regards to all discovery product through online navigation and via the call center. Another responsibility my job entails is to manage the wellness staff and coordinate members to their correct wellness staff member for their appointments. As a discovery consultant we are also responsible for daily admin duties such as , financials , validation of members and capturing claims for the day.
