Sales Support Executive

The Laser Transport Group is recruiting an Internal Sales Support Executive to market and sell the company's transportation and storage services. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Secure new business via web-leads
• Conducting telephonic surveys in order to determine the volume of the move and to address any other requests the client may have
• Prepare accurate sale presentations/solutions to client
• Provide accurate quotations
• Book moves with clients and the operations/shipping department
• Complete all necessary administration and documentation to ensure a successful move
• Assist the client with custom regulations and insurance if required
• Follow-up regularly and keep clients informed and assured at all times
• Communicate with client via telephone, WhatsApp and e-mail
• Make courtesy calls to clients
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
• Be neat and presentable in appearance

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Good local and international geographical knowledge
Team player and the have the ability to work independently
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
Excellent costing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of our domestic and international removal systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Detail-orientated
Excellent time management skills
