About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious BCom graduate who wants to start a career in B2B sales, key account management, and business development.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with wholesale clients, convert leads into business, and contribute to the growth of our B2B channel.
You will manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate custom orders with our sourcing team, and ensure smooth execution from lead generation to final delivery.

Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) – required
Strong interest in sales, business development, or key account management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong numerical skills and confidence using Excel
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Strong customer relationship skills
Experience using Excel for reporting or data tracking
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Convert inbound leads into active wholesale customers
Identify new B2B opportunities and develop client relationships
Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients
Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into confirmed orders
Key Account Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions
Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the sales process
Order Coordination
Work closely with the sourcing team on custom-made bulk orders
Coordinate specifications, timelines, and delivery requirements
Track order progress and ensure commitments are met
Reporting & Sales Tracking
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and opportunities
Use Excel to track sales activity and pipeline
Support reporting on B2B sales performance and growth
