Learnership: General Marketing Support

Citadel, a specialist wealth management company, has an exciting opportunity for a
Marketing Learnership focused on general marketing support.

The learner will be appointed on a 12-month fixed-term contract and will complete an
accredited online marketing qualification as part of the program.

This learnership combines academic study with workplace experience. The successful
candidate must be willing to support occasional after-hours client events when required.

Start date: 1 April 2026
Location: Sandton Office

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• A relevant degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related
field.

PURPOSE
To provide logistical, administrative, and creative support to the marketing team across a
range of general marketing and brand activities.

CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Support on brand activations, including event branding and creative elements.
• Assist with general marketing administration, coordination, and logistics.
• Support event‑related requirements on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Provide creative input and assist with basic content preparation where needed.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of
marketing tasks.
